Hey! Gunnar here, I was born and raised in Sioux Falls/Hartford. So for me, this city is my home and I am passionate about helping grow my community and contribute any way I can.
I founded my own Real Estate Investment Company in 2015 at age 20 and have been deeply involved in the real estate market all over the nation ever since. Purchasing investments and problem properties is still my main focus but I am also a licensed Broker in the state of South Dakota and am co-owner of HOME Realty Sioux Falls. This further helps me provide expert real estate advice and market knowledge, along with giving every person I work with multiple strategies to fully serve their needs with their home.
Our vision is clear: to establish a versatile real estate company capable of navigating any scenario within a transaction. Whether it involves residential or commercial properties, "as-is" cash purchases, creative financing solutions, or multi-million dollar transactions, we excel at overcoming obstacles to ensure a seamless experience for every person we meet.

Hello, I am Alex Medina, I grew up in Santa Catalina Island, CA, but currently reside in Sioux Falls during the summer months and snowbird to Mexico during the winter to manage the projects we have going on there.
Over the past 7 years, I've gained valuable experience collaborating with real estate professionals of all kinds, specializing in sales, management, and transaction coordination. Through this journey, I've learned almost every aspect of the real estate world and plan to bring all that knowledge to our customers through our company ReSolve Real Estate. Our main goal is to be able to truly have a solution for our customers no matter the situation with them and their home/investment.
